Der-myc is a hand and toe nail lacquer with a tendency to onychomycosis. Due to the film-forming property of the preparation, Der-myc Lacca performs an effective protective action that prevents and counteracts the proliferation of the fungal component.
Medical Device
  • Apply once a day, preferably in the evening, with a special applicator and let it dry for a few minutes.
  • Remove any previously applied enamels.

  • Climbazole

    Climbazole is active on dermophytes, yeasts and molds, with a very low MIC on all human pathogenic fungi. It is also active against positive GRAM bacteria, with antiseptic properties which are very advantageous in mixed dermatological diseases. Toxicological tests have shown that climbazole is well tolerated, even in frequent and prolonged use.

  • Piroctone olamine

    Piroctone olamine has the ability to reduce microbial colonization. It has the ability to penetrate the cell membrane and form complexes with irons (Fe2 + and Fe3 +), inhibiting the energy metabolism in the mitochondria of pathogenic fungi.

  • Tea tree oil

    Tea Tree Oil (malaleuca alternifolia) is a small Australian plant with antimicrobial (terpene) and antifungal properties already at low concentrations. It has been shown to be effective against Candida albicans, Aspergillus, Microsporum, Epidermophyton and others. These fungi can cause skin diseases (such as athlete's foot and ringworm).

  • Salicylic Acid

    Salicylic acid is an organic acid characterized by marked keratoplastic (exfoliating) properties and smoothing. It belongs to the category of chemical exfoliants, which work by breaking the bonds between epidermal cells. Soluble in oil and in skin lipids and this allows it to easily penetrate the stratum corneum and the interior of the sebaceous ducts.

Prescription

Apply all in the evenings for 8 weeks and then once a week for another 8 weeks

The treatment based on Climbazole is very effective in treatment of fungal infection, especially in onychomycosis, both in the active phase and in preventive treatment
